His party got Extremely Recruited by Jarlaxle and Much in particular got inducted into Bregan D'aerthe surprisingly quickly for a dude who is not drow. After running the Undermountain gauntlet with the party and reaching archdruid status in the process, Much moved to Luskan to settle down and start his own institution of higher education, which he's been running as more or less a Bregan D'aerthe asset ever since. Character Details Age 291, appears approximately in his early 100s (gnome, Timeless Body druid feature) Pronouns he/him Physical Stature Short (even for a gnome), average weight, soft build Hair/Eyes Fair hair, long, usually worn tied back simply, short blond beard, grey eyes with mottled desaturated purple/green ring around pupil Notable Traits Absentminded professor type. Physically unassuming, clothing of good quality and in good repair but not flashy and is prone to ink stains in the sleeves. At least we think that's ink. Wears round glasses on a beaded chain. Often spontaneously sprouts tiny grey-purple mushroom caps from his scalp when spellcasting. Warm medium-brown complexion and very light blonde hair. Beard is short, chinstrap style, and currently visibly growing out from a more carefully trimmed goatee. 15 Second Summary Much looks like the kind of gnome who has no business being a druid. He is a soft indoor nerd. Also he will see an unattended young person and be like "is anyone going to mentor that" and not even wait for an answer, and also he likes being the voice of reason because it means his friends drag him into interesting shenanigans, so maybe accidentally reviving a lost druidic tradition isn't entirely out of character for him. Abilities & Permissions Abilities Much is a level 20 Circle of Spores druid - he will regain his spellcasting in four separate regains (druid cantrips, and spells levels 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9), and regain wildshape, subclass-specific wildshape applications, and spellcasting while wildshaped separately. He also has the innate spellcasting of a forest gnome (he's half forest on his dad's side), which he has regained. Permissions Over here Sensing Much's druidic circle draws power from a symbiotic fungal colony in the druid's own body; while this does not have a negative effect on his health and cannot be purged from his system, it's pervasive enough that characters sensitive to disease and infection may notice something. Fourthwalling: He'll probably shrug off casual references, and given his AU your details are not likely to entirely match up anyway. Please talk to me if your character is going to get insistent about it.
Offensive subjects: The player would appreciate a warning for queerphobia and for eye or hand trauma. The character is hard to shock, but will react with disapproval if he recognizes racial or xenophobic bigotry, especially prejudice against refugees or migrants, and has strong opinions about the responsibility that comes with creating sapient life (or undeath) by any means.

Physical Affection: Much is very comfortable with incidental and friendly physical contact. He is small but he gives good hugs.
Flirting/Physical Intimacy: Look. Ok. This man was in a fifteen year mutual pining situation and then married the girl within a year of asking her out. He has spent the last two hundred years in responsible and happily married college professor mode. You're going to get colleague-zoned or student-zoned so fast, fam.
Fighting: If it comes up, sure, take a swing at him. He's much sturdier than he looks, though, and he doesn't hesitate to use magic in self defense.
Injury: Minor scrapes and bruises are fine. Anything more serious let's talk first.
Death: you cannot kill me in a way that matters No but really I'm not looking to kill him and it's not something you're going to do by accident.
Telepathy/Mind Reading: Yes. His wisdom saves are pretty good, though.
